Ed Keating had more than 16 years experience managing marketing, product management, and sales for both startup and established companies in the information industry. While driving companies to improve their product processes and organizational effectiveness he has also helped these companies enter new markets and launch products.

Most recently Ed was the Vice President of Marketing at EDGAR Online, a financial information company. While there he created the product management department and product development process as EOL acquired new companies. Prior experience at Commerce Clearing House included launching internet and software products as well as P&L responsibility for several business units.

Ed holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management along with a BA from Hamilton College. Ed is active in the Software Information Industry Association (SIIA).
Ludmil Pandeff, Limited Partner, Inclusive Ventures, llc., Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Learn Technologies Interactive, Inc.

Mr. Pandeff founded Learn Technologies, (“LearnTech”), a New York City-based developer and publisher of web-based educational and knowledge management software applications. Mr. Pandeff has been involved with all aspects of LearnTech’s operations, including the formation and management of a 106 person offshore Internet applications group in Sofia, Bulgaria. He has also helped to design and implement LearnTech’s financing and international sales and marketing strategies resulting in strategic partnerships with leading media groups such as AOL Time Warner Inc., Carvajal S.A., and Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck GmbH.

Prior to co-founding LearnTech, Mr. Pandeff served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AxaVision, Inc., a New York City-based investment company providing seed capital and hands-on management, applications knowledge, and technology expertise to young companies operating in the: digital multimedia content, tools, and enabling technologies; information applications, content, and services; and, programmer productivity tools sectors in North America and Europe. He has also worked as Vice President of Axa Capital Corporation, a seed to early stage technology venture capital firm, in its Paris and New York City offices, and with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its International Corporate Finance and International Capital Markets departments in New York City and London.

Mr. Pandeff sits on the boards of several software development companies and associations in Europe and the United States, and holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University. He is fluent in Bulgarian, English, French, Italian, and Russian.
